    Venetian blind cord is a multi-purpose plaited polyester rope that maintains high strength and good UV resistance.


    It is soft and flexible while resisting rot and moisture. It is commonly used for lacing, outriggers, flag poles and general lashing.


    It's ends are able to be melted to inhibit fraying. The 2mm and 2.5mm sizes are constructed from 16 plait cord and the 3mm size is 8 plait cord.
